Work has Started on Indiana's Kokomo Housing Authority ESPC Project

Work has started on an ESPC project for over 500 housing units operated by Kokomo Housing Authority. The savings in energy consumption from facility upgrades pay for the nearly $3.4 million dollar project over the term of the contract.
